(vegetables in a tomato sauce between layers of spinach pasta with basil sauce and cheese)

(breaded scampi served with lemon and tartar sauce)
DUCK WITH ORANGE SAUCE
(breast of duck served with orange sauce)

(a creamy tomato risotto delicately flavoured with white wine and herbs)
